Villa and Hut is a franchise, but surprisingly, a franchise that serves pretty consistently good food throughout its chains.
A restaurant with a conscience, and pretty good chai - they have about five or six different chai flavours, my favourite being the pomegranate chai. Villa and Hut have a fairly extensive range of food and sweets, from their sandwiches and salads, complete with organic ingredients, to their chais and fair trade coffees, which are pretty good - try it and feel that warm fuzzy feeling knowing that you're eating while making the world a better place. Kinda.
