New Quay International Buffet (4 New Quay Promenade, Docklands, Victoria, Australia) is located conveniently right at the corner of the the Docklands stretch of restaurant, with views of the sea if you're seated outside.
We went on a weekend and were pretty happy with their food selection: fresh seafood (salmon sashimi was fabulous), a good selection of other foods (highlights included the lamb chop, Peking duck and baked crab) and an amazing array of over 15 desserts. Food was well-cooked and delicious.
The only flaw was the time limit - it's a two hour session and the staff do seem to rush you a little bit near the end, but an enjoyable session overall.
