Most days I have to wake at 530 am to get to work by 630 am. Most days I go home at 6.
Then there are those occasional days where I do a night shift, and I spend the night praying to the heavens that patients are stable, that admissions come in early and that I will actually manage to have a night that is reasonably calm.
I count myself among those who are lucky enough to love their job.
I may not be the best among my peers, but I am willing to learn, and it is a process that will make me stronger, God willing.
Here’s to growth.
Here’s to healing.
